In commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions :RIGHTS AND USES-I reserve the right to decline commissions. I am reserved the right to post commissions unless asked otherwise, and I may use commissioned works for my portfolio.-Please do not alter the artwork, remove any watermarks, or use the work without proper credit without my explicit permission.-I retain rights to the artwork and what I do with it. You may NOT claim the commissioned work as your own.-Commissions are for non-commercial use only.-You may repost the artwork and share it, but please credit me. @jian_elle-Please be kind, patient, and considerate. Any aggressive, inappropriate, or rude behavior during the process will result in the cancellation of the commission with a refund.PROCESS
-My process for rendered work is :
SKETCH > LINEART > FLATS > RENDER-I will give you updates about the work for each status, such as sketch, outline, coloring, and rendering to be reviewed for any revisions before I proceed in finishing the work. You are welcome to request for any updates if I have not updated in a while!-A 50% deposit of the price will be given before I start the commission. The remaining 50% is due before delivering the final, full-resolution artwork.-5 free minor revisions are included, with any additional changes charged at +50 PHP/$1 each..DEADLINES
-If you wish to have the commission completed before a specific date, please state it in your original request. An additional fee will be added depending on the rush ($1-$5)-If there is no set deadline given, commissions may take an average of 2-10 weeks to complete.-Keep in mind I am currently a student, please understand that there may be times that I have to shoulder my academics and may delay progress on your request. I'm very prone to burnout, please be patient!PAYMENT-Listed prices are the base price, please note that additional charges may occur depending on the complexity of the request.-I am currently using a relative's paypal to accept international commissions, it may take time for me to message them if anything were to occur about the payment.REFUNDS-Once the flat colors have been approved, refunds may not be requested unless issued by me.-If a refund occurs during the process, I will keep the 50% deposit of the full price.-In the event of a cancellation of the commission after paying the 50% deposit but BEFORE the sketch has been approved, I can give a partial 50% refund of the deposit.-If there is a cancellation before I have started the sketch, a full refund of the deposit shall be given.-In the rare event that I am unable to finish the commission, I can give a partial refund of the deposit based on the work I have completed.
